Post secondary degree with a minimum of three years sales experience of DDC/EMS or HVAC controls and excellent sales skills which include consultative selling, and presentation skills. Contracting experience which includes negotiating contracts, and risk assessement. Must be self-motivated and a team player. Experience with ALC products preferred.

Engineering College or 4-year technical school graduate plus a minimum of 3 years experience with DDC Systems. All applicants should be profient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, as well as Visio.
Description
This position will be responsible for the design of DDC control systems, which includes the preparation of project submittals and shop drawings, the selection of required material, the development of software to match the equipment control sequences, the preparation of Automated Logics graphics package, and the support of field personnel during project commissioning. This position closely coordinates project information, scheduling and status with Project Coordinator and the Installation Supervisor throughout project life.
